Although Cinnamon Oil has many benefits, it often causes irritations and allergic reactions, so it is important to cut Therapeutic Grade Cinnamon Essential Oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Types of Uses for Therapeutic Grade Cinnamon Essential Oil:
- Can help improve blood circulation with a warm massage
- Helps relieve stiff muscles after a workout

Common Applications:
Topically: Dilute 1:3 (1 drop of essential oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil) before using topically.
- Apply directly to area of concern or reflex points.
- Add equal parts Fractionated Coconut Oil to Cinnamon Oil & massage into skin.
Aromatically: Diffuse in diffuser of your choice with caution. Cinnamon Oil may irritate nasal membranes if it is inhaled directly from diffuser.
- Add 1-3 drops to your favorite diffuser to promote clarity & invigorate mood
Internally: Use as flavoring in cooking. Dip toothpick in oil and stir into foods.
- Add 1 drop to 8 oz of water to freshen breath
Scent: Spicy, warm, sweet
Blends well with all Citrus Oils, Cypress, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Rosemary and all Spice Oils.
Safety: Repeated use can cause extreme skin sensitivity. Do not use when pregnant.
