Ginger Essential Oil is most noted for its sweet, citrusy fragrance and positive effect on digestion. Aromatically, Therapeutic Grade Ginger Essential Oil may prove to have an aphrodisiac effect.

Ginger scent: Sweet, spicy-woody, warm, tenacious, fresh, sharp

Common Applications:

Topically: Can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically, or dilute 1:1 with a carrier oil for sensitive skin. Apply directly to areas of concern or to reflex points.

Aromatically: Diffuse in diffuser of your choice or inhale the aroma directly.

Internally: Place 1-2 drops in a capsule and follow with at least 4 oz of water. Dip a toothpick in oil and stir into soups or sauces when cooking.

Dilute 1 drop in 4 oz of water or 1 tsp honey to help sooth indigestion or gas. Use with greater dilution for children over the age of 6 years.

Safety: Repeated use can result in contact sensitization. Avoid direct sunlight for 3-6 hours after use.
