Even though you suggested
my head be removed
because I don’t agree with you
I don’t hate you
I have decided
I don’t have any energy for that

or being heard
Even as I argued your point
From a different perspective 
No matter what every person is important
and I don’t care if you want to stay the same

but I am done being angry
or guilty of feeding
Your inner emotional vampire
I am inspired from the transmutation 
of anger to creativity

I know you require my life force 
but it’s not available
I have been working on

what is mine
